Here's a creation that is completely mine. I love eating out but being a jobless high-schooler makes paying for dinner a little tricky. We have a fantastic local burger joint (which is called Local Burger) that serves AMAZING chicken tenders. So instead of going out one night, I stayed in and made my own version.
4 thin chicken breasts
1 tbls vegetable oil
1 tbls rosemary
1 tbls thyme
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vanilla
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
salt and pepper
1/4 c flour
1 c breadcrumbs
The ratio of ingredients may be a little off here - this is one of those recipes that I usually just wing.
Mix oil, rosemary, thyme, ginger, Worcestershire, vanilla, garlic, salt and pepper together. This is your marinade. It's nice if you can let the chicken soak in this for a bit, but if you're in a rush, you may proceed to GO.
Mix the flour and bread crumbs. Coat the chicken in breadcrumb mix. Bake at 400 until no pink is in the middle (20-30 minutes).
